Seun Kuti, the Afrobeats artist, has criticized those who have accused the late Nigerian singer Mohbad's father in the wake of his son's passing. Mohbad's burial the day after his death on September 12th sparked controversy, with some fans taking to social media to blame his father for not making proper preparations and conducting a thorough investigation. Seun Kuti, in an interview on The Honest Bunch podcast, argued that the deceased father is facing undue scrutiny due to his economic circumstances. He explained that poverty is a significant factor in the controversy surrounding Mohbad's death.
